Ok, I've read the rules of the WI Fastest Street car shootout. I did come up with a couple of questions. I understand the difference between the top two classes (one has race gas and slicks, the other dot tires and pump gas) but what makes a sport compact a sport compact? Is there a weight limit, does it have to be front wheel drive, does it need to be a 4 cyl???
What have the winners of past shootouts been running in each class? My brother has a pretty fast mustang street car and a buddy of mine has a pretty quick SRT4 neon. Is there anything I can do with my "hopefully mid 11 sec" Trans am while I'm watching? Is there some kind of index class or anything that day?
Thanks!
Eric
